today was the giving out of O's results.
very very happy about leona's chinese results.
leonne, im very proud of you! do us proud this yr k?

just book all the applications. im sure god has a route chosen for you. =) loves.

training. phhew. we did 1/2 an hour full of jogging, back paddling, side shuffling and sprinting. it was really exhausting but satisfying. THEN AND NOW was the lesson.
the bull move and the shortie move is quite ... how to say,
we kinda grasped the move, but dont really know how to apply it in the game. sigh. SATURDAY IS RSN TOURNAMENT ALREADY. i hope we can do it.
