today we woke up early early in the morn,
to support the DB peeps at the SDBF'09,
at the marina barrage. it was cool, to go there
and see so many macho people. hahahah,
seriously. they train like HELL, just to
PADDLE, and row the boat just for that few minutes.
their synchronisation, teamwork, fitness, and mental
strength were challenged there and then.
awesome work girls, it was an eye opener for me.
never.give.up

hahaha, i just realised its always at around this timing,
that i'll post an entry. well,
today after lectures, choo, kim and i headed to the
tampines malls. kim wanna salvage her phone that she
sayangs alot, and choo wanted to get a back supporter.
so yeah, we roamed the malls. had fun at the shampoo
section all ah. HAHAHAHA, HERBAL ESSENCE ROCKS.
AND KEEM, HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAA.

did some really really light exercises.

its really hard to find a friend like you,

it is damn sad when you need a
self-improvement book to teach you
about happiness, and how to be happy
when you yourself should know.
yes, today i went to the library, thought
why not i read more books, pass time, and all.
then this book caught my eye; "being a happy teen".
abit stupid ah, i find to read this book.
hahaha. but seriously, there are alot of meaningful
pointers i find that are really true and wise.
like for example on choosing friends,
it came out with a scenario;
say you are very urgent and need to use the toilet immediately,
you go to the public toilet which stinks like hell,
but since you were desperate, you went in to use it anyways.
5 mins later when you came out of the toilet,
you thought to yourself, it aint that bad after all.
-> we get use to whatever environment we're in.
therefore, if your friends smoke, and go to smoking areas,
you would most likely find it alright after a while, and
follow suit to smoke too.
my point is, when you can still sense the "smell", do smth about it.
